Coronavirus (COVID-19) Readiness
We hope you are staying safe during this time and wanted to share a few updates as our team continuously adapts to the COVID-19 situation. The health and safety of our members and employees is our top priority and we are taking every precaution to minimize the risks associated with the virus.
With that in mind, please call ahead and check if a personal visit is needed. Appointments are available to ensure staff are available and prepared for your visit. When visiting the CLCU office please note that most transactions are now handled in the front lobby area.
The office is now closed on Saturdays due to the significant decline in weekend member visits.

We ask that you consider using our online banking and mobile app to check your account balances, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills and perform other routine banking transactions. Please call if you are unfamiliar with our online banking services, we would be happy to walk you through the setup process and explain how to use these services.

Your accounts, including Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA’s), are federally insured by the National Credit Union Association (NCUA).
In this environment it is also key to remain vigilant against fraud. CLCU will never ask you to verify your account or identity using confidential information such as full social security number, passwords, or PIN numbers.
